Shipping and Return Policies
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from our distribution center in Spartanburg, South Carolina via UPS shipping service. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Tracking numbers for all packages will be sent via email upon shipment.
Security Wearhouse accepts returns on any products as long as they are not customized or hemmed. All garments must have the original labels and must not be washed or warn. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by our warehouse. Prior authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your items to receive your RMA number for return shipment.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Defective items and mis-shipments will be picked up and replaced at no charge. Items being returned must be in new/unused condition in its original packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipment costs must be pre-paid by the customer.
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be required to pay the original freight, return freight, and a 15% re-stocking fee.
